BIM PROJECTS
Among the aspects of BIM and Coordination that CJI has is the capacity for accomplishing and always meeting the construction and BIM schedule and staying in the required budget. We have extensive experience in the heavy industrial refinery, power plant, government entities, higher education, semiconductor, and medical facility fields and of applying our expertise in steam, electrical, low-voltage, HVAC, plumbing, fuel oil, and thermal piping systems, paying special attention to the details of coordination. INTEL FAB 12 Tool Install Project

Scope has included partnering with a major mechanical contractor and providing BIM Modeling and Coordination for the revamping of FAB 12. Countless numbers of spool maps and spool sheets for fabrication have been created.

INTEL FAB 42 Project
Chandler, AZ
​
Scope included working for three different contractors on the New FAB 42 Project on the Intel Ocotillo campus. Provididng BIM Modeling and Coordination of Waste Water Treatment portion, Tool Install and minor architectural work. Over 70 Spool Maps and over 2300 Spool Sheets for fabrication were created for the Waste Water Treatment project alone.
